Performance

The compressor is what feeds the air-suspension system. When it fails, the car sits low, takes a long time to rise, or throws a levelling fault. This is a Bilstein replacement unit built to the pressure and duty-cycle the original system expects.

Fitment

Fits BMW 5er Touring (E61), 03/2004–12/2010 — see the full list below. Verify fitment using the vehicle compatibility checker above. OEM References: 37 10 6 79 3778, 37 10 678 9 937, 37 20 6 792 855, 3710 679 3778, 6 789 937, 6 792 855, 6 793 778

What's Included

One Bilstein air-suspension compressor unit. Relay, air lines, dryer and mounting rubbers are not included unless the specification table lists them — re-use the vehicle's own where they are serviceable.

Warranty

Backed by Bilstein's manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Cover assumes the air system is leak-free when the compressor is fitted. A leaking air spring makes the compressor run continuously and burn out; that is a consequence of the leak, not a compressor defect.
