Product Details
Bilstein B6 Performance shock absorber for the Subaru WRX Saloon (GJ) — Bilstein Shock Absorber 35-249498.
Specifications
- Type: Gas Pressure
- Series: B6 Performance
Performance
B8 is the shortened damper. Its body and stroke are cut down so it works correctly on a car already lowered by sport springs — fitting a full-length damper to a lowered car runs it out of travel and destroys the ride. B8 restores proper travel, with performance valving to match. Pair it with lowering springs; it is not intended for standard ride height.
Fitment
Fits Subaru WRX Saloon (GJ), from 07/2011, AWD — see the full list below. Verify fitment using the vehicle compatibility checker above.
What's Included
One Bilstein B8 damper unit — a single shock absorber, not a pair and not an axle set. Order two to do an axle, four for the whole car. Bump stops, dust covers, top mounts and fixings are not included.
Warranty
Backed by Bilstein's manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Cover assumes correct installation, the correct tightening torques, and serviceable bump stops and dust covers. A damper run without its protection parts will be scored by road grit — that is wear, not a defect. As an official reseller in the EU, Suspengo also handles your statutory conformity rights on this purchase — contact us first and we deal with the manufacturer.
