Bilstein B1 Suspension strut support bearing for the Peugeot 406 and 406 Break — Bilstein Suspension strut support bearing 12-298846.

Specifications

• Manufacturer: BILSTEIN
• HS/CN Code: 40 169 952
• Weight: 1.99 kg

Performance

B1 is Bilstein's suspension service range — the protection kits, bump stops, dust covers and strut support bearings that sit around the damper. They are wear parts: a collapsed bump stop or split dust cover lets grit onto the piston rod and will kill a new damper early. Built to the same standards as the dampers they protect, and worth replacing at the same time.

Fitment

Fits Peugeot 406 (8B), 08/1995–01/2005, FWD and Peugeot 406 Break (8E-F), 10/1996–10/2004, FWD — see the full list below. Verify fitment using the vehicle compatibility checker above. OEM References: 5038.25, 5038.25 S1, 5038.66, 5038.66 S1
