Performance

4x4 Damper Sport is Tein's monotube damper for four-wheel-drive pickups and SUVs. Firmer valving than the factory part controls the body movement that load, towing and rough surfaces provoke, and the monotube design copes better with sustained heat off-road. Ride height stays standard — this is about control under load, not lift.

What's Included

One complete Tein 4x4 Damper Sport kit — four units, front and rear, for the whole vehicle. Springs, top mounts and fixings are not included unless the specification table lists them.

Backed by Tein's manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Cover assumes the kit is fitted complete and as supplied. Mixing these parts with dampers or springs from another set puts the load outside what the kit was tuned for and is not covered. Notes

Ride height must be set/adjusted within the range allowed by japan's vehicle safety regulations (+/-40mm in total height). Does not comply with japan's vehicle safety regulations on forward/lateral field visions and the height of underrun protective devices. Rear bumper position needs to be adjusted, if rear underun protection device (rupd) does not meet japan's vehicle safety regulations (height:550mm) when raising rear height, rear fog lamp needs to be repositioned or removed to comply with japan's vehicle safety regulations.
