The TEIN Mono Racing at a glance

Developed from the Super Racing flagship using Tein's motorsport data, with spring rates and damping chosen for drivers who are regularly on track. Sixteen levels of simultaneous adjustment via ADVANCE M.S.V., and strut versions use an Upright Strong Tube for lateral stiffness. Circuit-focused, but still liveable on the road.

Performance

Mono Racing separates compression and rebound adjustment, so damping can be tuned in both directions rather than on a single knob. Monotube construction holds damping consistent through long sessions. It is a circuit-focused kit for drivers working toward a specific setup at a specific track — more adjustment than a road car needs.

Fitment

Fits Honda Civic Type R (FK8), 09/2017–08/2022, FWD — see the full list below. Verify fitment using the vehicle compatibility checker above.

What's Included

One complete Tein Mono Racing kit — four units, front and rear, for the whole vehicle. Springs, top mounts and fixings are not included unless the specification table lists them.

Warranty

Backed by Tein's manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Cover assumes the kit is fitted complete and as supplied. Mixing these parts with dampers or springs from another set puts the load outside what the kit was tuned for and is not covered. As an official reseller in the EU, Suspengo also handles your statutory conformity rights on this purchase — contact us first and we deal with the manufacturer.

Notes

Error canceller included. Rr: use of EDFC series is recommended, as it's difficult to adjust damping force by hand due to vehicle structure. Front springs : selected from 12,14,16k. Rear springs : selected from 10,12,14k. Us&uk spec included front: 14k / rear: 12k. Optional springs- front: 12, 16k / rear: 10, 14k. Price includes springs.
